Project Overview
In collaboration with the Product Team, I undertook the role of Sole Digital Product Designer for the Redesign of the Website.
We already knew, the main pain points in the information architecture of the website, and the urge need to create something modern and up to date for our clients.
My process
The project needed extensive research to understand the different kind of users, competitive audits and to understand what users want to see on a company’s website.
I conducted an extensive research to assess the current state of the website. This process allowed me to question the need for certain sections/data presented on the website.
Since the company and it’s leadership knew what they wished to present, I adopted secondary research methodologies. This included a competitive research audit
For this project with Embryolab, extensive research was required to understand various user types and conduct competitive audits. This included analyzing what users want to see on a company's website and performing secondary research to determine what factors make the target audience feel secure and confident while searching for information.
